We just wanted to send this little video from us as we wrap up the project. This Kickstarter project was a doozy for us with Covid being the prime actor in this crazy time. We had delays and issues with factories, closures and issues we never had to deal with but the product was done and sent to you. 

We made this little video showing some features and telling how we got through it all.

Hi all,

So here we go:

Decanters are done and we're moving them into a handling center for processing then fulfilment.  For the EU and UK, it looks like the decanters will come from Paris to help with customs and for US and  other countries, the fulfilment center will be either in the US or AUS depending on your location.

You dont need to do anything, we have your addresses, just hold tight, it will take a couple of weeks for processing then you will get tracking codes and finally your decanters.

Hi all,

Here is the scoop on shipping,

We're constantly pushing as hard as we can to get the units out but it feels like a Kafka trap every time we try. With May 1 being a super big deal in our Sanjen facility and in CN in general we couldnt get the units out before the holiday and final QC was delayed because of it. We are always pushing as hard as we can but from what we can tell we still have another few weeks till workers get back in and the machinery gets underway  so we can arrange for the final QC to be inspected and shipped.

We're beyond bummed on this and are pushing as hard as we can )picture us literally screaming on phones like old-school comics cause that what we're doing)

Apologies and our promise that we are pushing for the soonest release date possible to get shipping finally out to out folks who didnt get their  decanters.

Hi all,

So shipping update:

We're doing everything in out power ad we have another small delay, nothing major but 2 weeks out.  Still express to your door worldwide, eta for shipping is 4/25. We have everything ready and are taking another round of drying to make sure no one has a odor issue that we had for a few backers due to drying times being rushed. 

We know how annoyig these delays are ad are here to assist if anyone needs any help from us. For folks who wanted to change addresses you ca do so freely i your backerkit serveys,
