Shipping and whats next

Hi all,
So as US shipping is ongoing we wanted to answer a few questions on those ad let everyone in the rest of the world in on the timeline for whats next.
But first, as they say in infomercials: We just launched our latest creation the Plant1Up, a magnetic modular Planter and we are reserving Early Bird prices for our loyal backers, so hop on in here
Notes on the ongoing shipping:
1) For everyone who ordered two, you will be recievig them seperately. That's how the service works, usually a week apart.
2) Shipping worldwide will begin in a couple of weeks once we pass Chinese New Year, more on that from us soon.
3) If you need anything from us in the meantime do not hesitate to ask, We're here for any issue, question or concern.
* For some folks who noticed a pungent odor from the end caps, please leave the caps out to dry for a day (top ad bottom caps) and if that still persists, you can submerge the caps in a bowl of water with a spoon of vinegar. That will do the trick. Note, the odor does not affect the bottle, it is on the outside of the cap, Just an adhesive that needs to air out.

Hi all,
So, great news everybody (Futurama voice of course:) :
Shipping is underway!!
This means that many of you have already gotten their shipping notifications, those who have will get tracking codes from us tomorrow.
What is the order that shipping will go:
First are all of our US customers, via Fedex. direct to your door with tracking codes from us.
In the following weeks we will have EU and the rest of the word ship via the same method, again, direct, to your door with easy tracking.
Why the staggered shipping? Because with Chinese New Year ad Covid restrictions, sending to US first was easiest before CNY shut down factories, as soon the holiday ends we will get going o shipping the rest to you so o worries, everyone will get their decanters.

Getting close to finally shipping

Hi all,
We're now in the final stretch so we wanted to share the timeline for final shipping. All the production is underway and the decanters look amazing top to bottom. Since the earlier customs delays brought us head first into Chinese New Year we need to stagger the shipping with a first batch leaving us before the Chinese New Year and a second right after.
We will try to get almost everyone covered for the first batch and do everything inn our power to hasten the slow wheels of shipping. We are on it with you, our backers in mind.

We cant wait to have everything out to you, it's such a stunning piece, we're guessing you will love it too:)

Some good news despite delays

Hi all,
So while we're bummed for the short delay, we finally got our production sampling past customs, done! And the decanters look amazing and have been approved for the final production process. This is the very last step in the process and we pressed the GO button on it.
We wanted to share the excitement with some amazing shots of the final product, done and at our HQ.
We have a whole LOT of images here for you guys to take a look at, I dont want to drown out the update so we have all of them here in the link for you guys. Below are highlights with some finer details, check them out?
Checkout the packaging with built-in foam anti slip piece to keep everything in place, we're super proud of how it cam out, stylish, elegant, exactly how we like it.
Then decanters themselves are beyond all expectations, we had some worries as we went from small batches to larger ones and the quality of the wood has just gone up. Checkout the logo on the bottom and elegant top cap.
The inside with infusion chamber fit perfectly, with slight changes to the bottom piece, we made the mesh tighter ad it looks and functions perfectly.
We cant wait to send them over, hopefully o more delays and we ca sail through the next moth of production the send over to you.

Customs, the unbearable customs...

Hi guys,
It's a bit of a Kickstarter trope but looks like we're delayed.
Our first 50 units rolled off the assembly line and are on their way to us for final approval, production and delivery.
BUT, customs have decided to flag them as an unmatched item and require us to create custom test to verify that the decanter is what we say it is before we can deliver. Super annoying!!! and is holding us up.
As for timelines: our best guess is three weeks for the customs snag and another few weeks for handling and final shipping.
We want to clarify, we are 100% certain that we are delivering but it looks like there is a customs hurdle to overcome here and we are on it.
In our next update we should have some more solid details on exact timelines as we get past the paperwork with customs.
